Comfy, quiet private room with memory foam queen bed, upstairs, 1 block from ESU and close to downtown Emporia. Shared bathroom (with one other room) has tub, shower, and hairdryer. Coffeemaker, small fridge and microwave in room. Full kitchen (minus full-size fridge) across from room. Kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, silverware,etc. Onsite washer/dryer by arrangement. Off-street parking behind house, bikes can be hosed down outside and brought inside for storage downstairs. Self check-in. Private room with mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and coffee, shared bathroom and kitchen with sink and stove, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Shared common hallway with table and barstools. Spaces as described above, plus you can use my washer and dryer downstairs by coordinating with me so I can make sure it is available.
