Comfy and Quiet One Bedroom Apartment

We created our apartment with love and we hope that you love it as well. This is our first place and we designed it to be really comfortable and livable. There is a great view of the sunset from the bedroom window and the apartment is very safe and quiet. The bedroom and the living room both have ceiling fans which in Araraquara is a must! The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and utensils you may need. It is well located near the city center and UNESP. Our ground floor apartment doesn't have a tv, but we do have wifi. We don't have air conditioning (it's not permitted in our building) but we do have ceiling fans. We do have a washing and drying machine and a fully stocked kitchen. We have loved living here and we hope you do too. You have access to the entire one bedroom apartment. The second bedroom is locked with our personal items. You also have access to the condominiums common areas. On Thursdays there is a fruit and vegetable vendor at the front gate. There is parking available on the street outside the condo. Mariana will take care of you while you are in Araraquara. She is a trusted friend and a local. She will be able to answer any of your questions. You are also free to contact us through email if there is anything you need. This neighborhood is great, it's cooler here because of the river and trees but it's also close to the center city. The condominium security is very good and it is very safe here. There is a bus stop on the main street about a 7 min walk from our apartment. It is about a 35 min walk to the center city. There are also ubers and taxis available in the city. To use this service you must go the entrance of the condominium as they are not permitted to enter. If you have a car you may park in front of the condominium. (street parking only)
