I am accessible as needed to guests. I live on property and make myself available also via phone, messaging or email - whichever is preferred. Mostly very quiet neighborhood offering an authentic Barbadian village life experience. Morning and evening you can find some villagers patronizing the nearby rum-shop (typical village bar existing in every Barbadian village), it also serves as the village variety store. On evenings children and parents alike come out to socialize, some engage in a game or two of road tennis (an indigenous sport)...If you come upon a game in the road they will just stop and let you by. It’s typical laid back island life. Public transportation in the area is inconsistent but the nearest bus stop is less than five minutes away if traveling by bus. A car rental is strongly recommended to make the most of your stay. To make the most of this stay a car rental would be strongly recommended. Public transportation to the areas is not reliable. All amenities require a drive and are not on walking distance.
