Top floor large renovated apartment with parking

New wood floors and beds, dinning set, 48 ismart tv. Wi-fi. Beautifully decorated. Top floor, clean and full of sunlight with large balcony. All utilities and free reserved parking (cash deposit required ) are included in the price. My place is less than a mile from FT. Totten Metro. Walk there in 25 minutes or take a short bus ride. . Spacious, comfortable, new furniture and now with wood floors ( I will update floor photos soon). The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, big stove, coffee maker toaster and dishwasher. there are pots, pans, silverware, dishes and all kinds of tools. We will get you started with basic spices, sugar, coffee, oil, and a few things more. Your bathroom comes fully setup. We will provide you with towels and linen for the beds. Full use of the apartment. There is a full laundry room in the first level of the (Website hidden by Airbnb) not use the kitchen’s washer/drier. Heat and AC are centrally provided to the whole building. In winter we have strong heat and in summer powerful AC. When the heat is on, there is no AC. That means that there may be a couple hot days in April when there is no AC. You May open the windows and we provide a fan. Available online always. My husband and I will be able to help you make your stay smooth. We live in Pennsylvania, two hours away, and we both work. If our presence is needed we will come as soon as we can but it may take up to 24 hours. This is important to know in case you lock yourself outside of the apartment. Our building is in suburban Maryland, one block from where the District of Columbia begins. There is a big supermarket, Giant, around the block, as well as pharmacies and convenience stores. Walmart is 5 blocks away, on the way to Ft Fotten Metro. We are also close to Silver Spring and College Park. Ft Totten Metro is less than mile away. Several of our neighbors walk there every day, it is about (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute walk. Also, there are several buses that will take you to the Metro than run a block from the building. You can also take a short taxi or Uber ride. PARKING PASS: I will give you a parking tag if you ask me for it in advance. Because of several instances of guests not returning parking pass I will only hand them in person (not with self check in) and in exchange of a cash deposit of (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) You may also send me the deposit via (Hidden by Airbnb) ) . I will return you the money when you give me the parking pass. The are no exceptions for this policy. Everyone in our building works or studies and therefore we expect our guests to be careful with noise or loud music, specially after 9 pm. PARKING PASS: I will give you a parking tag if you ask me for it in advance.
