Our local partner and friend Derwin Scott is just a phone call away for anything you might need during your stay, from dining recommendations to taking you out on our boat for a day trip to Little Cayman. Derwin was born and raised on the Brac, and is very well traveled as well. He'll fill you in on all the hidden gems the Brac has to offer. He is a local fisherman and certified dive-master. Not to mention he is a fantastic guy and good company. Bamboo Bay is handy to everything on Cayman Brac. Sea Fan is located mid-island on the North shore, within walking distance of both the main crossroad and the bluff road. Our two acre property attract parrots at dawn and dusk, and the reef just offshore attracts all varieties of fascinating sea life. The house comes with a brand new Toyota Mark X ZiO Mini Van, 2 - 4 bikes, 3 kayaks, and access to our boat via Derwin. The rental rate of $400.00 per night includes Cayman tourism tax of 13%
