Cozy and romantic. The water is literally 15 feet from the front of the house!! With 120 feet of frontage. We provide 2 kayak's, paddles and life jackets for your use. No additional cost! Located on the Piscataway River in Goffstown. This house has been completely renovated. Most everything is brand new!! This is a destination location. No offense, but we prefer to cater to those that are seeking us out because of what we are offering, as opposed to those simply looking for a hotel alternative. We want people who LOVE what we've created, and who have planned their getaway, for the sake of a getaway. Believe me, there are plenty of other options you can find that'll provide a place to sleep and house your belongings. You have the entire house to yourselves! Now, this is very IMPORTANT. We have spent a significant amount of time and money to renovate this property to create a peaceful little sanctuary. Our objective is to cater to people looking for quiet tranquility. We do NOT allow parties!! Anyone that is not a guest, is NOT allowed at the house. This is not like a beach rental where friends and family can come by for the day. If there are ANY issues, please contact us! Sometimes there is something broken, or missing, that we may not be aware of. There is a gorgeous walk path called the "Goffstown Rail Trail" across the river. It is a 5 minute drive from the house. Though I appreciate your love for your pets, please do not contact me asking me to make an exception for your "small, well trained dog". We are animal lovers as well, but do not even allow our dog onto the properties. There are too many potential problems, not least of which, our guests that have allergies. Thank you for your understanding! We ask our guests to respect our home as though it was theirs. We do not charge a security deposit. We hope that our guests appreciate this, and show it through honorable conduct. Pricing: Please note that our nightly fee is $175.00 (For single occupancy More for double.) Now, despite the fact that you are renting the entire house, with no one else on the premises during your stay, prices change if your number of guests increase. 1-2 people is single occupancy. 3-4 people is double occupancy. There has been much confusion about this policy, and I'm asked frequently to explain it. I hope I can eradicate any ambiguity with the following analogy. When you fly on airplane, even though you are all under the same roof, each passenger is responsible for their own fare. Hope this clears up the confusion. :)
