Chaubo' House

The accommodation is a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment, part of Chaubo' House. It comprises 1 Queen-sized bed (plus a sofa bed suitable for an accompanying small child), en suite shower/bathroom, kitchenette, living room, and private balcony. The apartment has its own separate entrance, and a private off-road parking space. We are located in a rural residential location, with views of the green slopes of Mt Chaubourg, and the Caribbean sea. The location of the property in a residential neighbourhood offers guests a comfortable base from which to explore the beautiful island of St Lucia. If you are visiting friends or family in the area, who don't have sufficient space to accommodate you, my apartment at Chaubo' House is an attractive & versatile option for your stay. PLEASE NOTE that no unregistered or outside visitors are allowed on the property. Self-contained private 1 bedroom apartment, with en suite bathroom, own kitchenette and private balcony. Host lives upstairs, and is readily available. Chaubo' House is located in a residential neighbourhood in Monier, with surrounding hills and vegetation. At an elevation of 140 m. above sea level, evening breezes tend to be a little cooler than those at sea level. Monier is a rural community midway between Marisule and Babonneau. We are located in the Quarter of Gros Islet, about halfway between Castries and Rodney Bay, in the north of the island. (Neighbours have chickens & goat!) We are not on a public bus route, so use of a private/rental car or taxi is advisable. Nearest bus service is about 15 minutes walk away (Grande Riviere bridge). It's a 15 minute drive from the main centre of Rodney Bay, and using the scenic back roads can help avoid the congested highway between Castries & Gros Islet (I can help with directions). Due to the current pandemic, I've added a cleaning fee to ensure the necessary preparation is done between guests. Check In and Check Out times have also been amended to allow more time for cleaning.
