Very well maintained condo in the Sweet Dreams complex. You have access to 2 pools, loungers, washers and dryers. Grounds are kept beautiful with an assortment of plants and fruit trees. The condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full range and fridge. There is a table and chairs in the kitchen and a few outdoor chairs that can be taken to the balcony. French doors divide the bedroom from the kitchen. The bed is a murphy bed - 54 inch. There is a TV in the bedroom. The bedroom window looks out over the country. I love to watch the various animals that stroll through. The bathroom is well equipped with a sit-down shower and many cabinets. There is a futon which can fold to a bed. The property is a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Playa Ocotal - known for its scuba diving. Father Rooster's Restaurant is located here as well. Watch the sunset from Father Rooster's. It can't be beat. Del Coco, consisiting of the beach, many restaurants, stores and grocery stores is a 30 - 40 minute walk and offers you all services. A taxi ride is $2000 colones or $4.
