Charming & spacious lakeside cabin w paddleboat

Charming 4 bedroom/2 bath cabin on Little Waverly Lake, just an hour from the Twin Cities. Great fishing and rural, small-town feel. Spacious living room opens to the sun porch and its beautiful views of the lake. Swim, boat, fish or play games. Full kitchen with dishwasher; W/D. Level yard walks directly to lake and on-site boat launch. Although not handicap accessible, the main floor bedroom/living area and level lot would accommodate someone with limited mobility. An older cabin with updated amenities, but still with a vintage feel. It has one bedroom and bath on the main floor with 3 bedrooms and a bath upstairs. A great place for small retreats or crafting weekends - large living room and sun porch can be set up with tables and chairs. Little Waverly Lake is a small, quiet lake but can accomodate larger boats and jets skis. Guests have access to the entire cabin, yard, lakeshore, dock. Please be courteous of neighbors space. Boats/jet skis welcome and can be launched from the property (the driveway flows into the lake) or at the nearby public landing. Boats can be secured to the dock during your stay. The garage is not available for guests at this time. The driveway provides ample parking. Books and games available for use. There is a patio near the lake, with a firepit (wood provided), sand beach and grassy area for yard games. I am available by phone, email, text as needed. Waverly is quaint, rural small-town in an area known for great fishing, water recreation, and winter sports. In addition to boating/fishing at the cabin, the city of Waverly has a large public beach just two miles from the cabin with a sand swimming beach, picnic pavillion, playgrounds, tennis courts and ball fields (donated by the Minnesota Twins). Approximately 20 - 25 minutes away are the cities of Buffalo and Delano, which are known for their unique shops, antiques, local restaurants and summer treats. Waverly is in the heart of farm country, with many surrounding farms and fields. Waverly does not have public transit. A car is required. - Paddleboat available- no charge - This property has a septic system: please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. - No smoking: the entire cabin and grounds are no smoking. - guests are expected to clean up after themselves, wash dishes they have used (dishwasher). - no pets please.
