The pool provides a panoramic breathtaking view of the Pacific ocean. The walk into town or to the beach is only 10 minutes. Lower level makes for quick and easy access to your fun filled days in Costa Rica. The wonderful gated community is certainly a piece of paradise. The patio set outside is perfect to sit and enjoy a breakfast filled with bird watching. It is equipped with 2 air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Come and enjoy Costa Rica!! The development is gated so you are able to park your car in our parking lot. You will have access not only to condo but to the pool and its amenities. My property manager lives in Coco and will be checking you in and if you have any questions or issues she is always available to help you. Lock boxes are a new addition as of 1/1/2019, feel free to ask about them. Coco is a locals town and our condo is unique in that it is a few blocks from the beach as well as from town. The people are very friendly and many of them speak English. You can rent a car or you can get a quick taxi to take you to other local towns near Coco.
