Our comfortable, , cob house is situated in a small neighborhood on the countryside, but easy to reach with a car . It´s a wonderful place to rest surrounded by nature: mountains, mango trees, the sound of howler monkeys and scarlet macaws flying over, refreshing rivers nearby. Ask for information about our packages for a minimum of 2 days stay and for longer stays. There are 3 : Rediscover yourself, Detox and Practice Spanish. We live in a rural house made out of bamboo and cob . We rent a room inside the house, but it has his own entrance. The room also has his own toilet and lavatory. The shower is outside the room, in the house and shared with the rest of the family. We have a large good equipped kitchen , which guests may use for cooking . Furthermore there is a dining and living area, and laundry room with an automatic washer. There is internet and Wi-Fi (20mb). The room we rent has 1 double bed and we have matresses available for a child. For bigger families they can rent another room for an extra $10 The house has a big parking lot and is surrounded by a large garden full of plants and fruit trees (during April and May you can pick mangos as much as you want). It´s safe for children, but because of the second floor, parents have to watch small children. Guests can use every equipment of the kitchen. Breakfast is included. (We ask $3 if there is a 3th person just for breakfast )Bathroom and toilet or shared. Guest can access every part of the house and the garden. We offer bed and breakfast. Guest will share the house with our family. They can also order dinner if they want. This will have a cost of 5 $ per person. And we ask to order dinner some hours in advance. We like to interact with the guests and give advice and tips for visiting places. If we have time (mostly weekends) we can show the guests something of our neighborhood. But if they want to be just on their own and have little interactions, that´s okay. Just let us know. Its a very small rural neighorhood with great hiking places and cool rivers to refresh. In the nearby small town ( 10 minutes drive) are supermarkets, cafetaria and shops. It´s only one hour drive to the beach, and one hour to the capital city, San José. Known places as Manuel Antonio, Jaco and Monteverde are easy to reach. There are 3 bus services a day. Or you can come in a taxi.
