Cozy apartment at Vila Mariana

Hello there! My name is Maria Alice and I'm renting my spacious and cozy apartment, is located at Vila Mariana, a very safe neighborhood, close to the main spots in São Paulo. Hope you like it :) The apartment has around 50m², is very spacious and great for a couple or a group of friends - one couple bed, one auxiliar single bed and also a sofa bed that fits two. It's on the 10th floor - but don't worry, we do have an elevator! - so you'll have a great view of the neighboorhood and silent from above. You will have access to garden in the building and a place for children to play. Check in and check out will be directly with the building's doorman and the times are flexible - but you must let me know of your plans. In case there is a guest after you, you must check out at 12h. If there is a guest before you, you can only check in after 13h - I will let you know, don't worry! If you're arriving earlier and need to just leave your bags, we can make it work. The neighborhood - Chácara Inglesa but people know here as Vila Mariana - is residencial, safe and quiet. You'll see a lot of families around and people walking with their dogs. The apartment's location is excellent, being close to important places. Some examples: Santa Cruz Subway (blue and lila subway lines): 900m (10min walking) Chácara Klabin Subway (green and lila subway lines): 1,3km (20min walking) Sepaco Hospital: 1km (15min walking) São Paulo Hospital: 1,8km (<10min by bus) AACD: 2,5km Kidney's Hospital (Hospital do Rim: 2km São Paulo Expo: 6km Congonhas Airport (CGH): 6km In São Paulo, the best way to go by is via public transport: the apartment is located 900m (10min walk) from Santa Cruz subway station (blue and lila subway line) and 1,3 km (20 min walk) from Chácara Klabin subway station (green and lila subway line). Also, there is a bus stop at the end of the street that you can take a bus that will get you to Santa Cruz subway station in less than 5 minutes. There are two mini supermarkets within 10 minutes walk and a bigger one 20 minutes walk from the house, two bakeries less than 5 minutes away and a pharmacy at the street corner. Internet: the internet speed is of 35 MB and the provider is TIM live. Location: São Paulo is located above sea level and it has a lot of climbs. The neighborhood has a couple of ups and downs - please do look at (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps beforehand. Parking: I do not offer a parking spot.
