The Loft is charming, private, upstairs FULLY FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED apt behind public library. 1Q in BR & 1Q sleeper. 1 block to downtown, bikeway & hotel. Central A/C, cable TV, WiFi, deck, full kitchen, laundry, & more. No smoking. All dishes, flatware, cutlery, appliances, etc. Right in the heart of the village. Located behind the public library. Just one quick block to the bikeways, Antioch College, and historic shopping district. May look like a garage but the upstairs apartment is beautiful and spacious. The bedroom has a queen bed, the living room has a queen size sleeper-sofa with memory foam mattress. The washer and dryer are in the hallway. Extras include cable TV, WiFi, spacious open floor plan, and more. Be sure you can climb a flight of stairs because the Library Loft is above the family garage. Please do not park in front of the right side bay door. This is up to you. We rarely see our guests. The apartment is detached, you check yourself in with a personal keycode. We are usually home or close by if you have any special needs or requests (just pop by and ring the doorbell). There are some games in the living room and the bedroom has a DVD/TV combo. The Library Loft is located behind the public library behind our home. Map 113 E. Davis St. to locate us. We live in the "triangle" neighborhood (much coveted by the realtors!). Just far enough away from the main road in town to stay quiet but close enough to leave your car parked. Our village is so small that you can walk just about everywhere. You will need to hire a taxi from the airport (about $50) or rent a car. Once in town, you can rent a bike most months of the year. Our family walks everywhere. This is a detached apartment with a full kitchen, full size fridge and stove. Glassware, utensils, pots, pans, etc. are all provided. Please clean up after yourself. There is a covered carport you can use as a patio (seasonally) or car parking (most guests park in front of the carport). If you want a place that you can make your own, this will be perfect for you!
