If you're looking for a clean, safe and private place to stay, then look no further. The space is for ONE PERSON ONLY, who is "cool" with "off-grid" accommodations, well maintained compost toilet, pump style sink, NO SHOWER! Shower wipes are provided as well as coffee, tea and drinking water. There is occasional "road noise" as there is a Rural Fire Dept. across the street and the alarm WILL go off if there is an emergency in the area! Also regular traffic. Pls. have previous reviews to book~ PLS. READ THE ENTIRE LISTING!! Groovy, Glamping style room, full-size bed...fans and heat, ~fridge, microwave, coffee/tea(Electric Tea Kettle Non-toxic and BPA free) provided and drinking water~ Hand sanitizer, Myers Hand Soap,and Shower wipes now provided! Well maintained composting toilet, off-grid style bathroom sink with PUMP FAUCET is now in a separate room (for more privacy) ~If you have allergies pls. note there are "fur-babies" that live on the property, but have never been in the air bnb room! Also pls. note there is some traffic noise, and a "siren" that can go off from the local fire dept. there is nothing I can do about this!! (sometimes at 2:00-3:00am in the morning) If there is an emergency in the local area! There is a tenant that also lives on the property so I ask to please respect his privacy and not have loud music or loud conversations outside!! PLEASE READ!!!....The property is located right up the street from a rural area Fire Department...occasionally the siren will go off sometimes in the middle of the night to alert volunteers in the area of a fire or emergency the alarm does not last for very long, and does not occur that often, property is also 1.6 miles from Saugerties Gun club where they do target practicing~ by law they are not allow to start target practicing until 9:00am...these are just a couple of things to be noted! ALSO!! The house is redbrick color with blue shutters...you can park in front by the mailboxes as the driveway is used by tenants and cannot be blocked..pls. use side door entrance...just ring the bell~
