Our home has amazing views of the city and surrounding hills. Extras include: a garage for your vehicle and outdoor toys. Our guests appreciate being able to walk to everything they need. Wonderful views from every window. The cozy interior includes touches of art, industry, whimsy, vintage and local items with quality linens, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. All spaces are accessible except for the crawl space and utility room. I am happy to share information with you about things to do while you are here as well as shopping and restaurants in the area. Although you will have all of the privacy that you need, I live within 5 minutes of the Bradford Flatiron, so if you would like help, I am nearby. This property is in the heart of the city. Within a 5 minute walk, you have several restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, a laundromat, banks, CVS, liquor store, the Marilyn Horne Museum and cafe (serves Starbucks) and local bars. The YMCA is one block away and a guest pass is $10 per day. By car: The Bradford Regional Medical Center, Bradford Area High School and the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford- 5 minutes. Allegany State Park-15 minutes. Pennhills and Pine Acres golf courses- 20 minutes. Holiday Valley Ski Resort-35 minutes. Buffalo Airport- 90 minutes. Niagara Falls-2 hours. Most people go by car. There’s public bus transportation throughout Bradford and the closest bus stop is two blocks away. Bradford Airport (BFD) has four flights from Pittsburgh every day through Southern Airways Express.
