Situated on a spectacular 150 foot white sand beach, the Jamaica villa is surrounded by 1.75 acres of lush tropical gardens and lawns. Villa Paradiso is only 10 minutes from the lively town of Ocho Rios and its renowned attractions, Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Cove. The spectacular Villa Paradiso comprises a large main house with 6 bedrooms and a separate 2 bedroom cottage. The main house has a very impressive entrance through a spacious foyer which leads directly into a two story elegantly furnished living room with an impressive 45 foot vaulted ceiling. Off the living room is a private indoor formal dining room. Elegant French doors in the living room open to ocean views through to the covered verandah. The 63 foot covered first floor verandah fronts onto the pool terrace and overlooks the sea and beach. Comfortable seating and a separate dining area at this amazing luxury villa Jamaica create a relaxing atmosphere for outdoor activities. The large family room on the first floor at Villa Paradiso overlooks the main floor. It is comfortably furnished and equipped with television, computer with high speed internet access and a small library. Villa Paradiso has a separate air conditioned gym complete with table tennis, weights, treadmill, stationary bike and exercise ball to help work off the extra pounds from Leila's delicious cooking. There is also a separate games room with air hockey, computer with Internet access, television and a Nintendo Game Cube at this fabulous villa in Jamaica. The expansive pool terrace, with its 25 x 40 foot fresh water pool, gazebo and separate whirlpool all overlook the spectacular 150 feet of white sand beach and turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The view looks out towards the village of Ocho Rios and mountains beyond. The first floor of the main house at Villa Paradiso has two large bedrooms, one opening to the pool. The second floor has three bedrooms, two with private seaside balconies. The two bedroom cottage is a short walk (20 yards) from the main house and each bedroom shares the bath and comfortable living room. There is a small kitchen in the cottage for nighttime refreshments or early morning coffee.
