Your bedroom has access to brand new deck to enjoy California weather and listen to the birds and relax. Your bathroom is in the hallway. For safety reason only microwave and refrigerator are available to use any time. This is not a party house. Our place is good for couple, solo adventurers, professionals or business travelers. All guest have access to the kitchen( for safety reason only microwave and refrigerator are available to use), living room and wifi. If you need parking, plenty free parking on the street on any side. If you have any questions please feel free to ask! I love to meet and greet our guests in person if possible. Our neighborhood is pleasant and very quiet. We are in the vicinity of Old Town Pasadena, which is rich in shopping, dining and nightlife. Also surrounded by Arcadia, Temple City, Duarte, Monrovia, and Alhambra. It is driving distance to: - 5 minutes to Santa Anita Race Track and Santa Anita Mall - 15 minutes to Downtown Pasadena, Rose Bawl stadium - 9 minutes to CalTech - 15 minutes to Monterey Park - We are close to Grocery and Convenience stores, Walking distance to Starbucks, Fast Food Restaurant, Trader Joe's.
