Villa Oasis Carrillo (5 min drive to Samara Beach)

Minimum 4 people to book the whole property. Maximum 12 people including small children. Our rates are based on 4 people, additional guests must pay the extra person rate per night. Please enter the amount of people you have in your group including children older than 2 years old to get an accurate quote. Only one child younger than 2 years old does not pay the extra fee. The Villa has 5 bedrooms with A.C, 3 are located in the main house and 2 are located in the apartment. The main bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size and the third bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Twin. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 1 King and 1 Twin each. Located in the middle of the main house and the apartment there is a large swimming pool with a beautiful garden and palm trees. The two separate buildings have an unobstructed view of a lush, tropical jungle setting and 3 different balconies to admire the forest. A large garden area affords ample privacy. The location is both quiet and private, where the only sounds you hear are the monkeys and birds and it is still walking distance to Restaurants and Stores with an easy walk. It has a spacious living room and dining area that flows inward from the patio overlooking the jungle and pool to the open kitchen area. Closed off from this is the family room. Leading off of the family room are two bedrooms and a bath, and the master bedroom with it’s own bath, walk in closet and outside private porch. The buildings were built in 2001 and the type of construction is very spaciuous and open with very high ceilings with large terraces to experience nature and very clean air. All the ceilings are done with Mahogany wood; the main living area has a 22 ft ceiling, while the family room boasts 24ft ceilings with ventilation, creating a very open and spacious atmosphere. Rate includes a full breakfast served every morning on the outside patio. Minimum nights to rent are 2 except peak weeks of the year. Minimum 7 nights and 8 people in the peak weeks, maximum 12 pax, Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas and New Years week. Our rates are based on 4 people, additional guests must pay the extra person rate per night. We DO NOT accommodate more than 12 people and we are very strict about this. One maid that has been working with us for more than 12 years. She is very dependable, honest and helpful! Very closed to the beach but steep going back up, we recommend having a vehicle in our location. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Great open spaces to enjoy the tropical forest. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you book only 4 people which is the minimum amount to book, we accommodate you in the main house (3 bedrooms), you still get the whole property privately as we will not rent the apartment while you are there but it will be closed. If your group is bigger than 4 people we also offer you the apartment. The apartment offers 2 big suites with AC, it does not offer living rooms or kitchen. Peak weeks of the year and high season are only rented to large groups who take the whole property. Minimum 8 people.
