The rooms are clean, spacious, private,and safe,  with private bathroom exclusive to both rooms, close to all amenities, you can walk to restaurants, supermarket, Hard Rock Cafe, just 10 minuts to the house is in a gate comunity, with a lot parking space. Included: WiFi, linens/towels. Washer & kitchen available for use. Backyard with barbacoa. Large shared living/dining room with TV. Good environment and it's possible to rent for long time. We are renting two nice room in the second floor of our house . One room has a king bed, and the other room has queen bed, both has fan, closet, high roofs, private bathroom and living room with TV and WiFi. You can also use the terrace and in the first floor with a view to our tropical garden and the kitchen. You can expect very privacy and everything to be clean and ready for your visit! Always available for any question, on the cell phone, WhatApp, email or App AirBnB The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Nice for a morning run or walk to the grocery shop. You might even wake up listening to birds outside your window. It is a convenient location for those arriving or leaving the country. It is also an easy place to get tour buses to go to different locations because Double Tree, Windam, Garden Inn and Marriot hotels are very close by. You will also find different restaurants (Hardrock cafe, Chinese food, sushi, pizza, Italian, Argentinian and Mexican) at walking distance. There are several ways to get to the house; 1. By Taxi: in about 7 to 10 minutes depending on the traffic you would get easy with giving the address to the driver (Residencial Los Arcos de Cariari, Rotonda 6 House # 1-106, GPS coordinates (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) approximate from airport). 2. By Bus: Take it at the airport exit in the direction of San José x Pista, it would be the next stop after the Hard Rock Café, you can also tell the driver to notify you at the Los Arcos stop. (Cost approximately 700 colones or $ 1.5) 3. I could pick you depending on the arrival time for an additional charge of $ 20 4. The Uber option is quite safe. Flexible schedule, a lot of privacy, all the second floor will be exclusively for our guests, they will not be disturbed, key guard available for easy access to the house, so you can do your check in at the time you like !!
