Casa Zenn - Villa plus 2 cats!

Beautiful open-plan hill-top villa w/ two ensuite bedrooms, large outdoor terrace, three lovely house cats, private pool & hammock rancho. Surrounded by nature, gorgeous ocean & countryside views and sunsets. We have decided to rent out our beautiful home so we can indulge our passion for travel. Perfectly positioned 1 mile from the ocean & a short drive from the stunning beaches of Pilon & Zancudo. Only 20 minutes from the famous Pavones surf. Airbnb has incorrectly placed our location pin. No neighbours so the space will be entirely private so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of our rural property. Monkeys, sloths, toucans, parrots and hummingbirds are frequent visitors to the mature trees and flowers that surround the lush gardens. Plenty of space, comfortable seating inside and outside Casa Zenn. Fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV (Netflix & Satelite) and games (inc. darts, board games & chess) and separate dining room make this the perfect place for couples, family, or friends to stay. Whether it's bird-watching, jungle walks, mangrove/sea kayaking, paddle-boarding, horse-riding, snorkeling and boat trips, sports fishing, whale-watching, surfing or yoga you are after it can all be accessed in the local area. Just ask, we are here to help and make your trip a once in a lifetime experience. Price includes; weekly cleaner, twice weekly gardener and property manager on hand for any queries. Pool has no fence so any children entirely at guests risk. We are not liable for any incidents in regards to the pool. Private parking at property. Vehicle essential to get around neighbourhood. If you rent the whole house we will be staying elsewhere and always available by phone/ (Hidden by Airbnb) . We are also a mere 5 minutes drive to the nearest beaches and 10 minutes to the beautiful community, restaurants, bakery and bars of Playa Zancudo. Pavones surf break is 20 minutes drive (board rental available in Zancudo & Pavones). Activities from Casa Zenn in the local area include Mangrove/Ocean kayaking, SUP paddle-boarding, guided horse trekking, jungle walks, bird-spotting (and monkey/sloth spotting!), professional massage, sports fishing, snorkeling boat trips, dolphin & whale-watching boat trips. There is also a Saturday market in neaby Playa Zancudo, ask us for more details we are always happy to help. Please let us know if you're driving here so we can help with directions, 4x4 preferable Sep-Nov. If travelling on public transport we can arrange pick up from Golfito or Paso Canoas for $10 per person per trip min $20 (or $5 from Conte or from Zancudo boat dock). They are primarily house cats but love to play in the garden. They sleep a lot as do all cats and like to be in at night and fed twice a day to suit your schedule. Friendly but not overly affectionate. They'll keep you company and keep snakes away!
