Please read full description of retreat. Peacefully Well Holistic Health is a small private retreat house located in the quiet, historic West End of Allentown Pennsylvania. As you drive up to the house, you will see big majestic sycamore trees and cute brick homes. The Lehigh Valley has many wonderful parks, hiking/biking trails, local art and culture. Two beautiful parks are within walking distance from the house. Cedar Beach Park is home to the Allentown Rose Garden. What to expect during your retreat stay: Arrive at 2pm to check in for your retreat. You will be welcomed with a fresh homemade snack and refreshing tea. I will get you all checked in! Settle into your room, put your feet up and relax. Enjoy a delicious organic dinner in the evening. End the day soothing and supporting your body with doTERRA therapeutic grade essential oils on your feet and diffusing in your room as you drift off for a peaceful night’s sleep. Wake up naturally and spend your days in a way that is peaceful for you, taking time to rest and connect with yourself. Come to the kitchen to pick up your breakfast and lunch, it will be available whenever you are ready. You may want to have your breakfast in bed or enjoy a picnic in the garden. A yummy dinner will start at 5:30pm each night. Day Two-TeaTime Meditation at 11:30am. Pause, breath, and let the stress wash away during Tea Time Meditation! We will share in some inspirational chat, I will guide you through a meditation experience to help you ground, center and connect to your heart, and we will relax in the present moment, refreshing with a cup of herbal tea. Day Three- AromaTouch Technique bodywork session at 3pm. Relax and enjoy the benefits that essential oils have on your well-being. The AromaTouch Technique uses 8 essential oils in combination with gentle therapeutic touch. During this session, you will get to unwind as you rest on the cozy warm massage table and breath in the soothing Aroma of 8 doTERRA therapeutic grade essential oils. These 8 essential oils will be applied in a specific sequence to your back, feet and hands to release physical and emotional stress and restore balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit. Day Four- Check out at 12pm. Organic Tea and water will be available at all times throughout your stay. Fun, homemade, flavored waters with essential oils, fresh herbs, fruits and veggies, along with yummy garden inspired hot and ice teas will be available and rotate daily. It is very easy to get an Uber driver within a few minutes. The other option is the LANTA Bus with multiple routes throughout the area. We are about 20 minutes from the Lehigh Valley International Airport and an hour from the Philadelphia International Airport.
