This newly renovated home is the perfect family respite! The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood and conveniently located 20 minutes from Ft. Campbell, 5 minutes from a shopping center with great restaurants and a state of the art movie theatre, 10 minutes from Dunbar State Park, and 45 minutes from the heart of downtown Nashville. NO PARTIES, LARGE GATHERING or LOUD MUSIC, and no more than 4 cars. Beautiful 3 BR, 2 bath home with finished bonus room. Master bedroom with a large bath featuring a walk-in formal 4' executive shower with dual shower heads & large linen closet. Covered deck and 6' privacy fence. The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code 24 hours prior to your arrival. We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together. This is a well manicured neighborhood, please respect the neighbor's space as well as yard. Please only park in our driveway and garage. Do not park on the grass or other places on the street. No parties or large gatherings allowed, and no outdoor noise after 9:00 on the weekends and 8:00 on week nights. Can be easily found using any GPS device. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. Please let us know if you are looking for a long-term stay. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
