It's just few minutes away from Santa Paula University, Supermarkets, Banks, Restaurants, Bars and Shopping Centers. We have other properties and can accepts groups, please ask for availability. A Friendly host is always available for any inquiry or help. The bedroom is for 1 person. It's cozy, secure and private. It has 1 individual bed (bed sheets and towels provided), one closet, personal desk and coffeemaker. The bathroom is shared with the next-door neighbor with a separate entrance from each room. The common areas in the house include: - Living room - Dinner table for 6 - Kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender). The Kitchen has good counter space and plenty of cooking utensils, pots, and pans if you want to prepare food at home. - Laundry area with washing machine. All utilities are included (Gas,Electricity,Water). High Speed Internet is complimentary. Smoking, kids and pets are not allowed. We also offer you some insider recommendations on cheap eats, local events, local transportation and touristic sites. You'll have access to share common areas of the house, living room, kitchen and laundry area. I am available to help you, give you advice or fix things if necessary. Tres Rios is a well developed area located in the east side of San José. We are located in a quite secure neighborhood. The house is just few minutes away from Restaurants, Bars, Shopping Centers and Banks. The supermarket is around the corner, the bus stop is steps away from the main entrance door. San Pedro's Main Universities are 20 mins away by bus (Universidad de Costa Rica, Universidad Latina, UACA, Veritas, Fidelitas, UAM, Santa Paula and plenty of others Spanish learning centers too). Getting around from the apartment is easy. The bus stops to San Jose and Cartago are nearby (no more than 100 meters away). There's free parking on the street. The room accommodates only one guest. The housekeeper cleans the apartment once a week during your stay, it includes the change of towels, and bed sheets. Some of the places or activities you can visit or do when you are staying with us (we have a full list available at your arrival) are: - Irazu Volcano is only 1 hour away. - Only 25 minutes to Cartago, Basilica de los Angeles - Lancaster garden is only 35 minutes away. - 44 minutes from “Paraíso de Volcanes Adventure Park”, with canopy, paragliding, horseback riding, quads, rafting, rappel, etc... - La Carpintera Canopy tour is 13 min away. - There is a "feria del agricultor" with fresh fruits, vegetables every saturday in Tres Rios, 1 Km from us. - Ruinas Sanatorio Carlos Duran is about 35 minutes away. - and many more... Smoking, kids and pets are not allowed. If you need a shuttle from the airport we can arrange the service, usually the fee is $40, please notify in advance. Breakfast is not included.
