Beachfront Condo - Amazing Sunsets!

Welcome to our beachfront condo located on the pacific coast in Bahia de Caraquez. You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets from our private balcony or by the pool. Whether you are looking for relaxation or fun in the sun; this is the place for you!!! Our condo is not suitable for children. This recently renovated 2-bedroom/2-bath condo is located on the 4th floor of the very popular Dos Hemisferios building in Bahia de Caráquez. Our renovation was a complete tear out and start over, with everything new…even some of the walls. The condo has all custom woodwork, exterior/interior doors, trim, kitchen cabinets and bath vanities. The master furniture and dining room table was custom built as well. A local wood maestro from Bahia did all of the woodwork! The other wicker furniture was custom made in Montecristi. The condo boasts a great balcony with a granite bar, and wonderful views of the ocean and town. Access to the building is restricted to key holders, and there is secure parking inside the building if needed. The building has a very nice swimming pool, and a terrace. WiFi Internet, a local cell phone and Apple TV is available. This condo has a wonderful designer kitchen that is well equipped with all the amenities that you will need to maximize your enjoyment of the local cuisine. La Villa de San Antonio de Caráquez, known simply as Bahía de Caráquez or Bahía, is a coastal city in the Ecuadorian province of Manabí. The city is located on a sandy peninsula on the country's western coast at the mouth of the Río Chone. It has seen significant development during the last 15 to 20 years, particularly because it has become a vacation destination for people from Quito and Guayaquil. Bahía de Caráquez sits on a peninsula where the Rio Chone River empties into the Pacific Ocean. The city was once a thriving seaport that has morphed into the most attractive city on the coast. With beautiful beaches, neat parks, many attractions, a full range of amenities, and a laid back attitude, Bahia is an ideal vacation destination. The city features great condominiums and hotels making Bahia a popular tourist destination for the Ecuadorean elite. The city also boasts a well-known archeological museum, which displays artifacts found in the Ecuadorean state of Manabi including statues from the Valdivia culture as well as several other lesser-known historical communities. Bahia de Caraquez is bustling with expats from around the world. There are great places to eat throughout the town, which is located on a small peninsula four blocks width. Visit the market for fresh fruit, vegetables or seafood, or walk along the Malecon and enjoy the ocean and river view. In Bahia, everything is within easy walking distance, or take a .75 cent ride in one of the eco-friendly pedicabs. A yellow taxi around town should cost around $1.50 one way. Bahia is a short 75-minute drive from the Manta Airport, which is serviced several times per day with flights from Quito.
