This means there might be condiments and unused food (not expired) in the refrigerator, freezer, or pantry. Feel free to use what you wish, and leave what you can’t take. Use caution in attic. Not recommended for small children unattended. No railings installed. No open fire/flames allowed outside (fire pit, etc) No parties or events allowed.
