The villa sits on a south easterly facing plot. It has its own pool and sun terrace with outdoor dining area and BBQ. It is in a half acre plot with numerous fruit trees and coconut palms. Many varieties of birds and wildlife visit the garden including hummingbirds. The villa also has a one bedroom self contained annex with patio area. The house has wifi broadband and ceiling fans in every bedroom and lounge, it also has A/C in the top bedroom which has a sea view. Please note there is no TV. Nice quiet location with sea breezes, yet close enough (20 minutes by road) to the hustle and bustle of St Georges and the tourist beaches. The whole house, annex & garden is yours! The house is all on one level except the twin room which is upstairs. There are two steps down to patio area with steps leading down to the garden & also the annex. It is lovely to walk around the Point where you can gain access to two small beaches which are ideal for beach combing. The house is entirely yours. We have an agent on hand should you require any assistance. A good mix of expats and Grenadians. You will need a hire car to get around, although there are plenty of taxis and buses available. The pool is unfenced and 7ft deep in the middle, so all children must be supervised at all times.
