Guests will have access to the entire condo all for themselves during their stay. The kitchen has all the conveniences of home including a coffee maker (please bring your favorite coffee/creamer) Washer and dryer provided for your convenience as well We provide fresh linens/towels for each guests arrival. Everything is within walking distance: shopping, dining, drinking, relaxing, chatting it up with the locals. Booking tours/transportation is easy - our local awesome manager Tatty can help with all of that including getting you to and from the airport. There is lots to do in the friendly town of Jaco Beach. This is a gated community with a security guard on duty 24 hours a day. Taxis and public bus transportation is directly in front of the condo complex. If you have rented a car, you will park in our private gated community with 24 hour secured access in and out. BBQ is available near the pool for guests to use. Complimentary early check-in when no one is booked the night before AND/OR late check offered (till 6 pm) for an extra $50.00 when no one is booked the day after. Please let us know the names of any visitors, prior to your arrival/during your stay, so that they may be added to the guest list; otherwise, as a security precaution, they will not be allowed on the property.
