Located in a private gated property in Vista Atenas, this charming one bedroom and living room features a small fully equipped kitchenette and TV set and walks out to a gorgeous mountain view. The large queen bed is comfy and positioned to have you wake up every morning to the bright sunrise. You have a large glass desk also facing the mountains. You can walk out to a patio with a table and two chairs to enjoy a cup of Costa Rican coffee.The second bathroom is in stone and Bamboo tropical style and you can shower with open wall and then jump out side for a sun tan with magic views and completely privacy. you have a daybed in the bathroom The apartment is completely private and secure away from the main house. Adjacent is a separate bedroom decorated English style with a queen bed and a private bath with a large shower. It comes with bed linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. The window faces the mountain and the room is very bright. The property can sleep 4 people. We are 5 km from the town where you have plenty of stores and nice restaurants. We are 1 hour from the Jaco Beach, 35 minutes from San Jose by car, and 25 minutes from the Airport San Juan Santa Marina. Minimum of 2 nights reservation. Short-term bookings welcome. The property has 6 security cameras and the apartment has an alarm system - the neighborhood is very safe. Private apartment with its own terrace that is outfitted with a small table and two chairs. Owners are available next door to answer any questions, provide restaurant recommendations, and sight-seeing information. There is also a guest welcome book in the villa that offers complete information about activities, the area, and useful phone numbers / contacts. The neighborhood is quiet, private, and safe. We are located about 3km from the center of Atenas where you can find all kinds of stores and transportation. Taxis are easily and readily available as well - we can help you call one. We are close to public transportation and about 5 minutes away from the center of the town, which has nice stores, a supermarket, and restaurants. We are a one-hour drive from Jaco Beach and 35 minutes (by car) from the capital of San Jose where you will find plenty of museums to visit, nice restaurants, and shopping. We are also only a 35 minute drive from the airport (SJO). There are many restaurants and a grocery store nearby, easily accessible by taxi / car. There are daily yoga classes available at local centers - we can tell you where if you're interested. If you like to golf, there is a golf course about 30 minutes from the property. Lots to do! It is safe to walk around the property / neighborhood - you'll enjoy seeing local wildlife and all kinds of tropical flowers. The climate is mild throughout the day and the villa is located away from the hot and humid tropical climate that you'll find closer to the ocean. You are 45 minutes away from the ocean where you can surf. There are also many interesting excursions to the mountains, waterfalls, and volcano.
