Excellent studio apartment with several areas of interest to facilitate your stay, an excellent location with easy access to different parts of the country. The apartment is located in a modern condominium and with several social areas for your enjoyment, we also have a mini-super and restaurant in the condominium. The condominium offers a parking space within the facilities and with private security 24/7. In the building there are 3 meeting rooms equipped with a whiteboard, screen, tables and chairs and they connect to the general internet of the building, they are located on floors 2, 3 and 4 leaving the elevator on the left hand side. On the first floor we have a small movie theater which has a built-in Netflix account. In front of the security officer you can find the Minisuper and the Gym. The restaurant is 30 meters from the security officer on the left, there is a sign that says NUI. The pool table, hammocks, chairs for sunbathing, BBQ area, Play Station and are on the 5th floor. The cinema room is located on the first floor, from the elevator on the right hand side next to the water fountain. If you want to use the play station or the pool table, you have to request the keys or the pool sticks from the security officer. We are in the heart of San José. You can safely move around on foot, take the public bus or use Uber. Important: The rate includes breakfast for one person and you can choose between an Omelet or traditional typical breakfast like the photos, breakfast includes coffee or juice. If there are two people, the second person can buy their breakfast on the premises.
