Take Five Villa with Private Pool and Patio

Take Five is a 3 bedroom, 2 and half bathroom Villa situated in a tropical setting. It is located on the South East coast of beautiful Barbados. The breathtaking Bottom Bay Beach is literally a 5 minute walk. The spacious patio has a large dining table, 6 chairs and sofa seating which overlooks the 30' swimming Pool. Take Five provides a perfect 'get away from it all' atmosphere. Ideal for family holiday, small family reunion or a romantic couple holiday. All are welcome to enjoy Take Five! Located on the left hand side of the patio area is a small utility and powder room. Just by the Pool there is also an outdoor shower. The Kitchen is compact and provides small & large appliances for your convenience. Take Five provides an indoor/outdoor flow toward the patio. The layout of the Villa also provides guests ultimate privacy with no adjoining walls between bedrooms. My role as the rental Manager is to provide as much information in a candid manner to ensure Take Five will suit the Guests' requirements. Take Five is under new Ownership, however Jan is still the on site Property Manager. Jan & I work closely together, to ensure all guests experience a smooth booking process to their arrival at the Villa. At this point Jan takes over at a scheduled Meet and Greet at Take Five. Jan will be the main contact (on site Manager) with regards to anything that maybe required at the Villa. Any tours or activities, I am only a phone call away and happy to assist or give advice. I am located on the South Coast, however in the event Jan is not available, I can be contacted. Atlantic Rising is located on the south eastern coat of the island and is a short stroll from the breathtaking Bottom Bay beach, said by some to be one of the most picturesque beaches in the world. There are several other stunning beaches and bays within the immediate area including the famous beaches at The Crane and Sam Lords Castle. The airport is situated approximately 15 minutes away and the capital, Bridgetown, around 30 minutes from Take Five. The gentle Atlantic breeze on this side of the island means that even on the hottest days the temperatures are comfortable. Situated east of the windward isles Barbados is a relatively small coral stone island. Being approximately 26 miles long by 14 miles wide makes everything the island have to offer easily accessible. However saying that a car is highly recommended in this quiet Parish of Saint Philip. The well stocked, large Supermarket, Emerald City is only a 10 minute drive from Atlantic Rising
