Luxury apartment with a great view of the city and the mountains, on the 15th floor, in the best San Jose area at Nunciatura, Rohrmoser, close to La Sabana Park, National Stadium, among other points of interest, a shopping mall is just 2 blocks and the best restaurants. The QBO project is one of the edge and luxury buildings in the heart of San José. The space beside a great location comes with +15 amenities including lap swimming pool, cold/hot water pools, spa, and sky jacuzzi, gym and cardio lounge, coworking areas, English bar and private party rooms among others, making it an impressive space ideal for pleasure and work travel. Space includes some of these amenities, without extra charge. The guest may use all amenities available in the building, such as: Concierge service 2 Gyms Meeting and co-working rooms. The guest will have full access to the apartment: Full equipped kitchen, Living room with sofa and smart tv (you can use Netflix, youtube, etc), wifi coverage in all the space, small balcony ideal for a glass of wine, 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, laundry room with dryer and washing machine (only available for stays of more than 10 days). I don't have personal belongings, but please treat as your home and be very careful with equipment and furniture. There is a reception service, I will leave your name with the desk clerk. Also, it includes on the price some of the amenities like pools, coworking areas, and terraces. For other spaces, please ask for "how to used" instructions. I live some other place else, but I will be in communication often and try to give a welcome every time I can. Simply the best neighborhood in San José for travelers, close to everything. The place has a great location in the center/west side of the city. You can walk almost to everything, La Sabana Park, National Stadium and the Art Museum are a walking distance and shopping malls, like Plaza Mayor, with movie theatres just crossing the street. There are plenty of cafes, and some of the finest restaurants and bars within a walking distance, but if you are too lazy you can use a bus line that stops at 200m from the building. I can recommend great places in the area. Parque del Café is just in front of the building. We can provide recommendations on places to visit the guests and advise them on local costumes, touristic destinations, places to go according to their interests, restaurants, pubs or cafes.
