Set on a cliff with 180º Panoramic Views of the Caribbean and Desecheo Island, while still within walking distance (1/4 mile) to the crystal clear waters of Crashboat Beach and Gas Chambers surf break. Depending on the time of year, you may see dolphins and whales swimming right off the shore! Perfect location for surfers and families alike! **Guests must be dog friendly…our pups love meeting new humans** Situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean, this extremely spacious 2 bedroom apartment boasts million dollar views at an affordable price! The apartment makes up the entire 2nd story of our home. It is situated on nearly half an acre of lush landscape (scattered with various tropical fruit frees). The property is secured with a concrete fence and automated gate to ensure privacy. Forget having to deal with keeping up with keys on your vacation...door entry is digital so you can come and go as you please with your entrance code. The apartment has its own beautiful Spanish style entry with stairs leading to your upstairs oasis. The open concept living room, breakfast nook and kitchen offer spectacular views of the ocean. Off the living room you can take in the cross breeze on the side balcony next to our prized mango tree (seriously...try to find a better tasting mango)! Through the living room on the backside you can walk out to the enormous terrace...the master bedroom also has direct access to the terrace. Enjoy a quick bite to eat on the covered balcony with the pass through countertop bar outside the kitchen. On your private terrace, you can enjoy things like yoga, lounging on the sectional, eating at the outdoor table, tanning, showering (yes, outdoor shower)...the list goes on...SO much room for activities!! At night, the space is transformed with pergola lighting to create a magical ambiance for dinner or a night cap...you can also switch off the lights and lay back in the lounge chairs for some epic star gazing! The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king size bed, side tables, chair, and open wardrobe....AND breathtaking views of that beautiful ocean you came for, of course! The windows are equipped with motorized shutters (controlled with a remote) that can be closed to keep the room dark and help contribute to the best night's sleep of your life! The 2nd bedroom has side views of the Aguadilla bay, as well as views of lush tropical greenery in front of the property. This bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, dresser set, and an abundance of closet space. The property is extremely functional, spacious, and central to all the main attractions on the west coast. We are so very lucky to get the spectacular views from our cliff location, while still being walking distance to the beach. The walk to Crash Boat Beach is about 1/4 mile...it doesn't get much better than that! * Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, while the common areas receive an amazing cross breeze. All rooms have fans. Although you won't be spending much time indoors, the apartment provides a very comfortable temperature to relax and take in the awesome views! Guest Access: 1. Guests have a parking space (next to their private entrance door) within our fenced in and Gated property. 2. Guests will have private access to the upstairs apartment through a separate, private entrance. 3. Guests may walk the property grounds in front of their private entrance (front yard only). Owners live downstairs and kindly request that guests refrain from wondering around the sides and backyard, as this is our private space.
