Hi! Tranquila Nuñez is located in the Nuñez-CABA neighborhood, an ideal place for short-medium stays or for work space. We put a lot of energy and energy into making it comfortable and functional to receive people from all over the world. Apple tv -Wifi 50 megabytes and network cable in case you need more download speed. -Air conditioning cold heat, heating throughout the space by electric underfloor heating with adjustment in the unit, electric water heater -Private washing machine and space to hang clothes -Full bathroom with bathtub / bidet and large shower with good pressure (fast recovery electric hot water tank) -Cleaning elements such as detergent, toilet paper, liquid soap and kitchen roll. Please help us keep the space clean. -We do not accept pets to keep the space neat and clean, please do not enter with animals. We leave some tea bags and only basic condiments such as salt and sugar for hygiene reasons, we do not offer other types of food. The building has security cameras and an alarm at the front door. It is a very quiet neighborhood formerly of many houses, with nearby services such as: banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, greengrocers and different transport options. It is a place of easy access and arrival, it is very close to avenues and highways, ideal to avoid traffic jams. Being a residential neighborhood, you can park on the street without difficulties and it is a safe area. There are different tourist attractions such as the Monumental River Plate Stadium, Esma Memory Site Museum, Malvinas Museum, Buenos Aires Beach, Children's Park or the Costanera Norte Ecological Reserve. Getting around is very simple, you can do it by car, buses, subway, bicycle or walking. Cars: Easy arrival and very close accesses such as Panamericana and Libertador Avenue. Parking there are spaces on the street, garage 3 blocks away, pay or try outside working hours. Public transport: 3 blocks from the metrobus est.
