Private Room (Long Beach)-Free Parking-Twin

Our place is quiet, private and good for solo adventurers (i.e., pilots, healthcare professionals, AFC Franchise corp and Long Beach Convention attendees, etc.) with COVID protocols. We are 1/2 block to bus line to downtown Long Beach or the Metro station taking you to downtown Los Angeles (i.e., Staples Center, LA Convention Center/LA Live eateries, etc.) By car, we are minutes from King Drew Hospital/University, CSUDH, the beach, Home Depot Center and 15 minutes Orange County attractions. My place is 'The quiet place'; it is less than 1 mile from both the 710 and the 91 freeways; it is less than 5 miles to the 405 and the 110 freeways . This allows easy access to the airport and also to everywhere in Los Angeles, restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of its feel like home. The neighborhood is walk-able, with neighbors walking their dogs and friendly and looking out for each other. In addition to your private room, you will have access to your own bathroom (unless there is another Airbnb guest in a separate room - 2nd Airbnb listing) as well as the kitchen, living area and dining table. I am a very supportive host who can and is available to offer help and other suggestions throughout your stay. I also know how to respect your privacy. The neighborhood is a quiet residential street. A short walk to the park for the fitness minded, that includes a large nature park for the outdoor minded. It is within a half block of the main bus line which can take you to downtown Long Beach or the Blue Line Metro station which can take you to downtown Los Angeles (i.e., Staples Center, LA Convention Center and other LA Live events and eateries, etc.) By car, my home is approximately 7 miles from the beach, 7 miles to the Home Depot Center in Carson and about 15 minutes to Knott’s Berry Farm and close to other Orange County cities and attractions. Uber and Lyft are also great options. I have a 24 hour coffee tea bar that also has a few light snacks for guests to enjoy. The backyard offers a quiet sanctuary to read a book, take a nap or just enjoy the beautiful Southern California sunshine in the hammock.
