Studio Choice in Sao Paulo (Panamby / Morumbi)

Well located studio, nearby Morumbi Stadium and easy access to Marginal Pinheiros. Congonhas Airport is 13km away and in alternative hours could be reached in 15 minutes only! We offer towels, all kitchen for cook. Please contact us for further needs. Very calm and peaceful place. We do have Laundry (it is a service offered in our building, guest's responsibility to pay). We do have swimming pool and gym available, just let me know in advance if you intend to use. Our studio is offered as a full space, so we can be contacted all the time through cell phone or messages. If necessary, we can go physically to the place to help you, but please have in mind that it may takes around 2 hours. Our neighbourhood is very rich in terms of restaurant and shopping. Around 3 km you are able to find Jardim Sul Mall and Morumbi Town. Easy to find bakeries, Japanese food, Hamburgers, Italian, Founde (Era uma vez um Chalezinho) and etc. As mentioned before Morumbi Stadium is 4km away. Guarulhos Airport is 47km away. Congonhas Airport 10km away, in rush hours it may takes around 45 minutes, not rush hours easily reach in 20 minutes. We do not have underground nearby, neither trains. To reach them you should take a bus (10 - 30 minutes), bus stop is 10 minutes walk from studio. We often use Uber to reach restaurants, bars, clubs, malls. In case you prefer to rent a car, you may use our parking spot (please let us known in advance). Please be aware that we offer a cooktop.
