Outlet Bay Outstanding

My place is close to Priest Lake, Shopping, Trail Heads, Resorts, Golf Course. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings and the views, the endless list of activities close by. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Guests have access to entire cabin less the owner’s locked shop area on the lower level and the upper garage. Guests staying at the cabin are welcome to use our boat slip and common areas to the HOA which includes beach area, fire pit and boat launch. Cars and trailers must be on our property only. Not to exceed 4 cars onsite Available by phone for any questions. Three Waters Addition is a Home Owners Association that has some firm rules that apply to all owners and guests. We ask that all guests be friendly and considerate to the other owners and families in our neighborhood, particularly when using the common areas. Please identify yourself as our guests if asked by another member. There is great local access to roads and trails by mountain bike, quad and snowmobiles. It is asked that all motor vehicles stay at 5 mph or less when entering and leaving the neighborhood. There is parking onsite for a max of 4 cars or 3 cars + trailer. There is boat access from the property to Outlet Bay (no wake zone) and Priest Lake. Golf course, hardware store, gas station and market are within 3 mile drive. We are part of a Home Owner’s Association. All guests must access neighborhood roads under 5 mph. Only guests staying at our cabin have access to common areas. Additional friends and family staying nearby may not use common areas. Beach area MUST be cleared of all private items (chairs, kayaks, paddles, life jackets, towels etc) at the end of each day. Ask about renting our kayaks and paddle board for your stay.
