The Best view and location in Arequipa-Peru

Our apartment is situated in a residential and gated area . It is spacius and good for families with children too . It´s 10ms walking distance from Main Square, Santa Catalina Convent, Cathedral, churches and museums. It is at the top floor of a building (4 stages) where you will take nice pics of volcanoes and the City. It was a quiet area and you could even hear the river below at night. You can do exercise and BBQ, in the green zone into the condominium. Swing and jumping bed. Do you have children? My place is excelent due to the garden available and size of the property. Dont have children and want to walk of the «must to visit places». You will be just in the touristic corridor to walk around. Apartment is located in a secure and closed condominium. You have access to one car spot and green areas where you can do picknicks, BQ´s or let your children run and have fun I am able to help you in organizing some other tours, visits. Cooking classes should be organized. I got a 50% off for a city tour offered in the city. Neighborhood is one of the places known as a touristic corridor. There are 24 apartments in total. British Consulate is situated in the same building. Owners of other apartments are really nice and friendly. Apartment is in front of down town. You almost will be close to all places you must to visit during your stay in Arequipa. But our of traffic and commercial. You also are so close to Yanahuara plaza and tipical restaurants.
