Bright and spacious open plan house. Great for families. Big driveway and great backyard. This is a 3-bedroom home, 1 & 1/2 baths, dining room, eat-in kitchen, breakfast room & playroom. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. Hotel quality linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to stores & cafes. It is a 25 min drive to Lower Manhattan, bus stop on same street one block away. Path train into multiple locations of Manhattan is available a short ride away. Uber is about $8.00 to station. The house is a 10-minute drive to MetLife Stadium and Prudential Center. Manhattan is accessible by train or car. Private use of the entire house, backyard and driveway for parking. Fenced-in private backyard with lots of sun and space. The house has 3 TVs, Wii, toys, games, comfortable beds and baby items upon request. Sleeps 5 people comfortably but could sleep 6 people if sofa bed is used (comfortable and private in attic) We have Hulu Live TV, HBO MAX, Netflix and Disney+. Nicely decorated with functional furniture to give you a homey feeling. Fully equipped kitchen. Safe neighborhood & close to Newark Liberty airport (23 minutes). Available for longer term rental upon request. No parties and no loud noise after 10pm. Absolutely no vaping or smoking. Steamer provided, as well as washer and dryer. Keypad / lockbox check in We are available at anytime. In case of emergencies we can have someone come by within minutes. Convenient town, walking distance to stores. 10-minute drive to MetLife Stadium and American Dream. Safe neighborhood. We have had the house for 12 years, never had an issue. Security cameras are on the outside of the house for additional safety. Bus stop one block away to Newark penn Station and Newark Liberty Airport. MetLife Stadium is about 10 minutes by car - approximately 7 miles. Please be careful when backing up out of the driveway.
