Thank you! *Charming historic 3 bedroom WATERFRONT home built in the 1700s! It was originally built as a schoolhouse. *Enjoy the 36 ft deck off of the living room that overlooks the beautiful Hudson River & Tappan Zee Bridge. *Relax on the big comfy couches by the stone fireplace. Plenty of comfortable living space. 2 of the bedrooms have river views and 1 has it's own balcony! *Located btwn 2 river towns, Nyack & Piermont, w/ great restaurants, shops, theaters, parks, and local events. *Weather permitting: enjoy our backyard firepit and kayaks with river access right from the property! *The bus to NYC stops in front of house. Front door access to main level. Due to Covid-19, virtual greeting with your host will be available. Situated right between both river towns, Nyack and Piermont, gives you access to the best the area has to offer. Restaurants, galleries, parks, shopping and entertainment abound. LOTS TO DO... in this festive fun area in the Hudson Valley. We can assist with a car rental or provide transportation services for an additional fee. This may also include Airport transportation for less than taxi or Uber prices. IMPORTANT: MUST READ THESE! *PET FEE - Pets are welcome upon approval by Host. Pet fee is $150 for one pet and $30 for each additional pet. We will send you a separate payment request for this and PET FEES ARE DUE PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. *WOOD DELIVERY - Let us know if you would like a wood delivery for the fireplace/firepit. Wood delivery is $65 for 2 Duraflame logs and 25-30 pieces of wood. *Beginning August 15, 2021, we will again be allowing our property to be booked for special events, projects, or filming with a special event fee of $250 per day. *While are not offering any discounts at this time, if you send us your email address we will add you to our Promotions list and notify you when we are running a special. * This is a small & quiet neighborhood. We really want you to really enjoy your stay, but if you are looking for a "party house", this is NOT the house for you. Please be respectful of noise levels past 11pm. * Check-in is after 3pm. Due to our extremely thorough cleaning protocol between guests, early check-ins and late check-outs are *not* available at this time. *Host and Tenant occupy apartments around the back lower level of the house with completely separate entrances from the BNB space. Don't worry, there is absolutely NO SHARED INDOOR living space.
