Apartment newly renovated, clean, comfortable room with the best view of the city! I love being able to see the city from above, walking through the neighborhood, one of the oldest and most traditional of SP, at a fantastic location! Easy access to Paulista, Higienópolis, Pacaembú avenues and downtown. It has excellent hospitals nearby (Santa Casa and Samaritano) and is located two blocks from the Higienópolis shopping mall and one block from the Mackenzie. The room is very confortable. There is a entire wardrobe available and a key in room's door to keep your privacy. The bathroom is exclusive for the guest, new and large. The dining room is avaiable in case the guest needs to make his meal or to get some work done. An empty shelf in the refrigerator is free for the guest. I will be avaiable for anything you might need, before, during and after your stay. It is a residential and traditional neighborhood, quiet but full of services and facilites. It is definetely one of the best places in São Paulo to feel like a real citizen from here. The apartment is close to Angelica Avenue and Consolação Street, where you will get a lot of buses lines.
