It´s 8 blocks from town and it´s part of the Historical Pioneers Reservation. El Bolson is 130km south of Bariloche and surrounded by native woodlands and within near access to mountain rivers and lakes. Each one of our three houses are fully equipped with all amenities and can accommodate 2 to 4 adults. All rooms are neatly furnished with great views from the windows of the woodlands. The price quoted is per house and per night. You can enjoy a hot shower after a pleasant day's outdoor activities. And DirectTV is also available. Casa de la Quebrada has its own garden and stone deck. We also offer a shared outdoor pool with spectacular views. Our intangible forest, is a private and restricted area and cannot be visited without authorization. We will be glad to guide you through it, though. As much as the guests wish as this is our place and we are around. Relaxed with birds everywhere and very good neighbours. Having the Cerro Amigo so near and with a beautiful stream along our road this turns this quiet and relaxed rural area in an excellent choice for morning walks! We are located 5 blocks from downtown El Bolsón where you can wander around the local crafts and product market and savor the local ice creams which are full of local soft fruits and other exotica. Nearby there is a grill "LA GORDA" and others which serve delicious dishes! Trekking is the ideal activity to enjoy at any time of year: 13 mountain huts await the walker around El Bolson. There are walks for all levels and demands. The spectrum ranges from a short and pleasant ride to Cerro Amigo, to a three-day trek to the Rock of Time. Shelters known-and-runs are the Cajon del Azul, the Motoco, the Piltriquitrón, Cerro Lindo and Hielo Azul. You should bring appropriate clothing and shoes, something to drink and eat though in many of the well organised refuge huts you can buy food. There are several lakes in the Bolson area. You can get to Lago Puelo by bus from the centre of El Bolsón but for other lakeside ventures you would need a vehicle. You will be accessing Internet through your Smart Phone / Android only.
