My 90 square meter apartment, which is very spacious, is centrally located in the city of Mendoza. It has a capacity and is provided for up to 7 people. You can walk to the downtown area (5 minutes) and the park (15 '). We are just 300 meters from Sarmiento Street, the city's gastronomic pole. The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one en suite and dressing room), 3 beds in the living room. It has two bathrooms with bathtubs. It has a washing machine. Everything for a nice stay! The apartment is very comfortable and modernly decorated. It is located on the third floor, very easy to access by elevator. It is very close to all the attractions of Mendoza. In my house you will find a folder with suggestions for visiting, eating, touring, Wi-Fi password and house rules. You can walk quietly through the area, take the subway to go to different wineries, use public transport. If you come by car, you can park on the street paying during daytime hours, or there are pay parkings less than 100 meters away. The neighborhood is the most central in Mendoza, lots of green in the streets and a square on the corner! You can get everything you need in a supermarket, bakery, kiosk, greengrocer within 200 meters. Just 5 minutes from downtown walking and 15 minutes from Parque San Martin. At 300 is the Sarmiento avenue, which has a gastronomic pole. At Carrefour you will find: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, ATM. The apartment is quiet!
