Guests are responsible for any damage to property or persons caused by their pets. Guests must be able to maintain their pet on the unfenced property and must bring a harness/lead. A $50/pet fee is collected at check in. Maximum 2 pets per group. 7. USAGE: No acts of prostitution, legal or illegal, are allowed anywhere on the properties. No adult nudity is allowed outside the homes. Breach of this rule will result in immediate eviction and loss of entire security deposit. 8. WEEKENDS & SHORT STAYS (2-3 Nights): Bookings for short stays can only be approved WITHIN 30 DAYS of arrival. 9. ACCESSIBILITY: Rooms are large but may not all be wheelchair accessible.
