Alkaline water system thru-out house for showering and drinking for health benefit. Small bathroom with small shower. Kitchenette with microwave, hot plate, toaster oven , blender,refrigerator, dishes, keurig coffee machine , utensils , etc. In season , pick mangoes and avocados to eat from our 3 trees . Parking available for one car.
