Adorable room in Richmond Queen bed

My place is right for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. I am very new to the hosting community but so excited to meet you. I am extremely active and always on the go! If you need a suggestion for a place to eat, or nearby adventurer don't hesitate to ask. I will be lending out my guestrooms and restroom. I have 2 bed rooms available for $50 per night EACH. If you need more than 1 bedroom for family, let me know and I can send you a special offer. I absolutely love my space, and I know you will too! There is plenty of seating in the living room with a 60’’ TV that has cable over 150+ channels with HBO and Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to make a meal. There are pots and pans, dishes, utensils, can opener, wine bottle opener, cutting boards, etc. If there is something specific you need to know is there, just ask! :) In the bathroom, I have toilet paper, towels, washcloths, hand soap, and a hair dryer. There is shampoo and conditioner in the shower if you forget your own or just want to try something different during your stay :) The ironing board and iron are located in the washer and dryer room and the closet has with plenty of hangers if you would like to hang your clothes I have 2 bed rooms available for 45 per night EACH. If you need more than 1 bedroom for family, let me know and I can send you a special offer. Or if you need only one bed, that's not an issue either. You will have completed access to the guest restroom, kitchen and living room. The master suite will be off limits as that is my personal living space. I am available for your needs, for suggestions on where to dine, a cool event or a night out on the town. Please don't hesitate to ask! New home located in a safe beautiful area. Easy access to Downtown, Energy Corridor, Sugarland, Medical Center, NRG, Memorial and more! This place is suitable for solo travelers, small families and business travelers etc. Perfectly situated and only 3mins away from major shopping center and grocery stores. All backgrounds are welcome. There is Lyft and Uber available in the area. Also there is not public bus transportation. I can provide a ride to and from airport for $50 based in availability. There is a washer and Dyer located in the home however is currently out of order.
