Casa-office dos Sonhos at Vila Beatriz - With a modern, comfortable and cozy design, this house has a suite and a bedroom with its own bathroom. Bright and airy bedrooms and living room. Fully integrated room with kitchen and deck / balcony. We offer Wifi, bed / bath linen and pillows. We have a dining room (equipped with a six-seat dining table and six 'Fernando Jaeger' chairs) integrated directly into the kitchen, which has a dishwasher, 6-burner stove, refrigerator, Nespresso, Brastemp water filter, microwave, and complete set of cookware. The rooms have large closets, and the suite has split air conditioning. Pressurized showers with gas heating. We offer Wifi, bed / bath linen and pillows. During the stay the guest will have my contact permanently. Check in will be done by taking the key from an address near the property, or someone will hand over the keys to the guest upon arrival. At check out the guest just leaves the key with the street guard. Guests have my personal contact. The house is located in a quiet street, in one of the most charming and noble neighborhoods of São Paulo and a few meters from the Vila Madalena subway (green line) and bus lines that quickly take you to Av. Paulista, Allianz Park, downtown and places most visited in São Paulo. At 200 meters the guest will have access to the local shops with bakery, pharmacy, fresh produce, banks, etc.
