Relaxing & Modern Beach House close to the Ocean

This beach house is a comfortable, relaxing place to stay on Barbados' South Coast. If you're into any form of surfing you'll love the location. It is close to popular surf spots & schools. You have the entire house to yourself. It sleeps 6 people - great for friends, families or couples. There are no buildings between you & the sea. The beach is 1 min walk away. This is an equipped & modern house with Wifi, TV, & Netflix. Yet, it's also a good place to disconnect & unwind. Welcome to vacation. This beach/ surf house will be a great vacation home for you, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your visit to Barbados. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, a living room and dining area, a patio (partially covered and partially uncovered), a gazebo tower with seating, a private driveway, an outdoor laundry line, and front and back yards. Our guests have access to all areas of the house and property, except for the garage, storage room under the gazebo, a small laundry room closet, and any unused bedrooms. We are available to our guests during their stay. Guests can contact us at any time for assistance, or with questions about the island. This house is located in the centre of the surfing/ kitesurfing/ windsurfing action in Barbados, which makes this house great for surf enthusiasts. We recommend renting a car when staying at this house, because it will be the most convienient way to get around. If you choose not to rent a car, there is a bus route 10 minutes' walk from the house (1 mile). We do not charge for Air-conditioning usage however there is an electricity cap of US$40.00 (BDS$80.00) per week. We take a meter reading before and after your stay and if the amount of usage exceeds this we would contact you to cover the overage. This is usually more than enough for normal A/C usage (Approximately 10 hours per night).
