This beautiful strawbale house is located on our working farm. Escape to our paradise with cooler temperatures (17C to 31C daily) and fresh breezes while you enjoy the countryside first hand. Walk through and experience the orchard, coffee trees, plantains and tomatoes all organically grown. Come and stay in a strawbale house, its an amazing experience, there is a full kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms. Front porch area and a treehouse for the kids in one of our large Guanacaste trees on the farm. Hang out in the hammocks and just enjoy. Or join us in the farm to learn about coffee, plantains and tomatoes growing in the tropics. Guests have full access to the house and property 24/7. We are available during your stay and we have a caretaker on the property to assist as well. The farm and house has 24 hour access. Nicaragua is our neighborhood as we are centrally located. 40 minutes from Granada and the Carazo Pacific Coast, numerous day trips, volcanos and experiences await. As much as our guest can feel they have found that secret place in Nicaragua, we are a 10 minute drive from many great restaurants and coffee shops including Japanese and Italian cuisine. There is public transportation a few km away with access to the Pan Pacific Hwy and taxis to bring you to the farm, but we do suggest that guests have their own transportation. Though 4x4 is not necessary at any time of the year, we suggest it as some of the best day trips can be in areas where there is more fun to be had with a 4x4 vehicle.
