Complete modern apartment. Balcony with a hammock, living room with ceiling fan and flat TV, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bed room with queen size bed, ceiling fan and flat TV, large bathroom and shower, laundry room with washing and dryer machine, access for people with disabilities. All services included (water, electricity, high speed internet 50 MB), parking for 1 vehicle inside the property. It's good for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished (as you can see in the pictures). Great for people that travel to CR for business or pleasure. 3 km from SJ International Airport Juan Santamaría (10 min drive from the Airport) Parking We'll be happy to assist you during your stay either personally, email or by text message ( (Hidden by Airbnb) ). My caretaker is always around, he lives in the bulding in front of the apartments, normally I my around also. I like to stop by and say hello to my guests, give them tips about the area and recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. The apartments are located 4 blocks from Alajuela downtown (Central Park, Parque Juan Santamaría, Teatro Municipal de Alajuela). Even the apartment is located in Alajuela down town, the area is very quiet and you can hear the birds in the morning and afternoon. For shopping grossieries & delicattesen, the apartments are located 400 meters from AutoMercado (the fanciest supermarket in Costa Rica). For other kind of shopping the newest & largest mall in Central America, the CityMall is located right next to the airport, also 10 min from the apartments. For restaurants, bars & movie theaters you also can visit Plaza Real Alajuela (8 minutes from the Apartments). Since we're in downtown Alajuela, there are helthcare services available, drugstores, etc. 1 hour drive from Poás Volcano, Waterfall Gardens, Puntarenas, Punta Leona & Jaco Beach. On Fridays & Saturdays you can visit the Feria del Agricultor in Alajuela (Farmer's Fair) where you can find many kinds of fresh fruits & vegetables. Alajuela down town is only 4 blocks from the apartments, so you can walk around. The apartments have a safe parking for 1 car (in case you rent a car or have your own car). The bus station to go to San José is only one block from the apartments. (Wil take 30 min aprox to get to San José). The taxi stop is only one block from the apartments.
