Kitchen with oven and cooktop, washing machine, dining table (capacity for 7 people), living room, 2 suites Full kitchen and a Garage I leave my guests at ease, but I am available whenever they need me. I like them to feel at home. I have a middle of english. Great location, 5 min. subway station Vila Madalena. Bakeries, pharmacies, gas stations, hospitals, banks, markets at most 6 min. from home, in addition to the Panamericana Square (approx. 4 min.) with fast food (Burger King, Mc Donalds) and other restaurants. Leisure: Vila Lobos Park and Malls We have the Vila Madalena Metro in 2.5 km, bus stop in front of the house.
